Then look no further! FitForce Bootcamp has been helping hundreds of people since 2006 with Placer County's original outdoor bootcamp. We're often imitated, but never duplicated, and we want to help YOU! Why be inside a smelly, stuffy, germ-filled gym when you can workout in the fresh air, the way our bodies were intended to? Our locations have covered areas we workout under when it rains, so the weather is never a factor.
So, what does "bootcamp" mean for YOU? We use the term bootcamp for our everyday clients who are looking for a fun and intensive fitness program, and the majority of our clients find great results in a matter of weeks, to make them "battle ready" for life. So, you don't need to BE in shape to come to bootcamp, you will GET in shape once you join!
Our mission is to help our clients reach their health and fitness goals in the fun and supportive atmosphere we strive to provide. Being and staying active should be an enjoyable and routine part of your day, not a "chore" or something you dread!
Our fitness classes are challenging, but fun. Non-intimidating, motivating, varied, designed for ALL fitness levels, and most of all, effective. We emphasize nutrition, strength, stress reduction, and flexibility in all of our classes.
You can expect to :
* Reduce your stress level
(which helps to reduce headaches, fatigue, anxiety, as well as other problems associated with stress)
* Lose fat
(expect to burn between approx. 500-600+ calories per bootcamp!)
* Gain lean muscle
(remember: muscle uses more energy than fat, so the more muscle you build the more calories you burn naturally!)
* Boost your metabolism
* Improve balance and flexibility
(especially important as we get older)
* Increase strength and endurance
* Have fun and be challenged
* Find camaraderie in those you train with
Is Bootcamp a good fit for me?
If you are looking for someone to yell at you and demean you, then this is not the bootcamp for you. The only yelling at FitForce Bootcamp are words of encouragement and praise. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. We've had the majority of our clients enjoy it so much and get such great results that they've recruited their friends and family, dropped their gym membership and personal trainer, and stayed with us! We provide a safe environment with the expertise of Certified Fitness Trainers, who's main priority is to help you achieve the body and health you desire and deserve!
What do I need?
Please bring the following:

mat or weights I have extra!)
*Yoga mat, thicker is better!
*5-8 pound hand weights
*Water- very important!
*Fun and willing attitude!
*Completed Forms (First timers only)
We also offer Personal Training!
If a group setting isn't your cup of tea, we also offer one-on-one personal training sessions with Ashlie. We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. Autumn 2013 - First newsletter to welcome fall!
** With the holiday season in full swing, there will be NO bootcamp on the following days/times:
- Tuesday December 24th and Wednesday the 25th (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
- No 5:30 PM Loomis bootcamp on Tuesday December 31st due to New Year's Eve festivities - but there will be the 8:30 AM in Foresthill, 1:15 PM in Foresthill, and the 4:15 PM in Loomis.
- No bootcamp on Wednesday January 1st 2014.
If you normally come to bootcamp on the day of the week that we won't be having a class due to a holiday, you are more than welcome to come to bootcamp a different day/time that week to make up for the day that we won't have bootcamp.
Don't let the stress of the holidays take your focus off your goals and doing what you know you need to do for your health. You CAN stay on track with your bootcamp workouts and healthy eating during the holidays and I am here to help you with that! There will always be something that you could be doing instead of getting your workout done, but bootcamp is only 60 minutes out of your entire day. It's all about making time for YOU. Bootcamp is your time to unwind and take care of yourself.
Just remember: MAKE RESULTS, NOT EXCUSES!
The holiday season is here! It can be easy to get stressed out with agonizing over the perfect gift for loved ones, menu and party planning, decorating, etc. which can lead to headaches, lack of sleep - not to mention lack of quality sleep, and the dreaded weight gain.. but did you know that your body is mentally and physically able to handle stress better when you are eating healthy and exercising regularly? This means less chance of those terrible headaches, better sleep, and you won't end up needing a whole new wardrobe once the new year comes around!

Our classes are held outdoors at our local parks so we can enjoy the beautiful scenery Placer County has to offer - plus studies show that spending time outdoors improves your mood!
