Then look no further!! FitForce Bootcamp has been helping hundreds of people over the last 5 years with Placer County's FIRST outdoor bootcamp. We're often imitated, but never duplicated, and we want to help YOU! Why be inside a smelly, stuffy, germ filled gym when you can workout in the fresh air, the way our bodies were intended to. Our locations have a covered area we work out under when it's raining, so the weather is never a factor.
Let's clarify a few things first: What is a bootcamp? Traditionally the term " bootcamp" came from the military and was intended to take a de-conditioned person and make them battle ready. What does that mean for YOU? We use the term bootcamp for our everyday clients who are looking for a fun and intensive fitness program, and the majority of our clients find great results in a matter of weeks, to make them "battle ready" for life. So, you don't need to BE in shape to come to bootcamp, you will GET in shape once you join!

Our uniquely designed programs are catered towards the individual, with our commitment to the highest standards of personal service.
Our fitness classes are challenging, but fun. Non-intimidating, motivating, varied, designed for ALL fitness levels, and most of all, effective. We believe in the philosophy of "functional fitness", because your body is designed to work as a whole, functioning system. We emphasize healthy nutrition, stress reduction, and flexibility in all of our classes.

Is Bootcamp a good fit for me??
If you are looking for someone to yell at you and demean you, then this is not the bootcamp for you! The only yelling at FitForce Bootcamp are words of encouragement and praise. This is a comprehensive 4 week program that is designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. So, what happens after 4 weeks? Well, we've had the majority of our clients enjoy it so much and get such great results, that they've recruited their friends, dropped their gym membership and personal trainer, and stayed on with us! We provide a safe environment with the expertise of Certified Fitness Trainers, who's main goal is to help you achieve the body and health you desire and deserve!!
What do I need?
Please bring the following:
