Then look no further! FitForce Bootcamp has been helping hundreds of people since 2006 with Placer County's original outdoor bootcamp. We're often imitated, but never duplicated, and we want to help YOU! Why be inside a smelly, stuffy, germ-filled gym when you can workout in the fresh air, the way our bodies were intended to? Our locations have covered areas we workout under when it rains, so the weather is never a factor.
So, what does "bootcamp" mean for YOU? We use the term bootcamp for our everyday clients who are looking for a fun and intensive fitness program, and the majority of our clients find great results in a matter of weeks, to make them "battle ready" for life. So, you don't need to BE in shape to come to bootcamp, you will GET in shape once you join!
Our mission is to help our clients reach their health and fitness goals in the fun and supportive atmosphere we strive to provide. Being and staying active should be an enjoyable and routine part of your day, not a "chore" or something you dread!
Our fitness classes are challenging, but fun. Non-intimidating, motivating, varied, designed for ALL fitness levels, and most of all, effective. We emphasize nutrition, strength, stress reduction, and flexibility in all of our classes.
You can expect to :

(which helps to reduce headaches, fatigue, anxiety, as well as other problems associated with stress)

(expect to burn between approx. 500-600+ calories per bootcamp!)

(remember: muscle uses more energy than fat, so the more muscle you build the more calories you burn naturally!)

Is Bootcamp a good fit for me?
If you are looking for someone to yell at you and demean you, then this is not the bootcamp for you. The only yelling at FitForce Bootcamp are words of encouragement and praise. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. We've had the majority of our clients enjoy it so much and get such great results that they've recruited their friends and family, dropped their gym membership and personal trainer, and stayed with us! We provide a safe environment with the expertise of Certified Fitness Trainers, who's main priority is to help you achieve the body and health you desire and deserve!
What do I need?
Please bring the following:
(if you need to borrow a
mat or weights I have extra!)
*Yoga mat, thicker is better!
*5-8 pound hand weights
*Water- very important!
*Fun and willing attitude!
*Completed Forms (First timers only)
