Is Bootcamp a good fit for me??
If you are looking for someone to yell at you and demean you, then this is not the bootcamp for you! The only yelling at FitForce Bootcamp are words of encouragement and praise. This is a comprehensive 4 week program that is designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. We provide a safe environment with the expertise of a Certified Fitness Trainer with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others who share your desire to improve their fitness level.
What do I need?
Please bring the following:
*Yoga mat, thicker is better!
*5-10 pound hand weights
*Water
*Comfortable clothes/shoes
*Fun and willing attitude!!
*Completed Forms ( First timers only)
